RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase (clutch bag, accessory or jewellery you have bought through our website), items can be returned unworn and in perfect condition in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the customer would have to cover the return postage.

Returns are issued via store credit in the form of a unique promotional code. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Store credits will have an expiry date of 30 days for usage. 

If you are posting the item back to us, we recommend that you use a secure, trackable method and insure the item(s) as we cannot be held responsible for loss in transit. Please retain your proof of postage receipt until your exchange has been fully processed.

If the value of the new item exceeds the original, you will be required to pay the difference. If the value of the new item is lower than the original piece, the difference will not be refunded, as this coupon is only valid for a 1-time use up to the total basket value minus shipping.

FAULTY ITEMS

Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged and the customer contacts us within 14 days with your order number and fault pictures, we will then exchange it for a brand new item. Please note that items damaged as a result of not following our care guidelines or general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please note that we cannot be held responsible for this.

DELIVERY

Your order will typically be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days, subject to no unexpected delays. Please order in plenty of time before your event/wear date to ensure timely delivery. You will receive tracking information once the order is on its way.

CARE

To help protect your jewellery, ensure that it is kept clean and free from creams, lotions, oils, perfumes, chemicals, and make-up. We recommend that you remove your jewellery when showering or participating in heavy exercise to prevent tarnishing.

We recommend that you keep your accessories out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Our copper materials are eco-friendly and safe for most people. However, we cannot guarantee that they are completely hypoallergenic, especially for individuals who have a known sensitivity to metals. For those with metal allergies, we recommend exercising caution and avoiding prolonged wear to prevent any potential irritation. 

We prefer not to make absolute promises regarding hypoallergenic properties to avoid misunderstandings. Instead, we advise those with metal sensitivities to be mindful and take extra care when wearing our jewellery for extended periods. 

By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you agree that if any reactions to metal or any allergic reactions were to occur, the item is non-refundable, and this is at the customer’s own risk.

HOLIDAY CARE

Ensure that your jewellery is kept free from sun cream and after sun lotion. Avoid wearing in the sea or in chlorinated swimming pools and jacuzzis.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers from countries such as America, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland may be asked to pay custom charges. This is the customer’s responsibility and by purchasing from Red Carpet Ready, you are agreeing to pay these additional charges.

GENERAL AVAILABILITY

Products are available as long as they are in stock. The level of stock availability shown will be updated regularly.

We reserve the right to change the Products offered for sale on the website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to limit the number of products that may be sold to you. 

In the unlikely event the product(s) you have ordered are not available, we will notify you during the order process and you will be reimbursed via the payment method used to purchase the product(s).

We are not liable if certain products are not in stock or are not available.

ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASE ORDERS

By completing the check-out process and clicking the ‘Place Order’ button, you provide an offer to conclude a purchase contract. Nevertheless, all orders submitted by the customer are subject to acceptance by us at our discretion.

Red Carpet Ready is free to not accept your order in the following cases:

– No availability of item displayed on the website

– Incorrect priced item on the website

– Incorrect described item on the website

– Unable to obtain payment authorisation

– Reason to believe customer is involved in fraudulent or criminal activities of any kind

– Reason to believe you are not a customer, but a commercial buyer

If we are unable to accept your order, Red Carpet Ready will inform the customer of this and not charge for the order or refund value paid.
