Red Carpet Ready are the UK’s Largest Dress Specialists, based at our one shopping destination in Branston, 8 minutes from Lincoln City Centre. Since opening our doors to customers, we have become the best-selling and fastest-growing prom and evening dress supplier, stocking over 3,500 dresses. Among the thousands of dresses we stock is our best-selling RCR Exclusives Collection, Red Carpet Ready’s own dress label designed by us, made with love, and only sold to our customers.

We Recognise and Reward Staff

How and when you are able to progress within the company is made clear from day one with set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and our retail-focused internal graduation scheme. Many of our employees join us as Stylists. Stylists Assistants or Marketing Assistants with no prior experience, but thanks to mentoring, progression schemes and the provision of opportunities to take ownership and responsibility for their areas are able to quickly to develop into senior and management roles, all the while receiving payrises and promotions as they continue to climb the career ladder within the company.

Jemima Cutts has worked at Red Carpet Ready for almost two years and is now a Head Stylist. Despite joining us with no previous experience, Jemima is now a full-time member of staff and was invited to be a part of the design team for our bestselling RCR Exclusives Collection.
