COVID-19 UPDATE – FACE COVERINGS MUST BE WORN IN-STORE
As per the government guidelines, face coverings are now required in all indoor areas of Red Carpet Ready.

Our Prom customers often ask us why customers should book in so early if Prom is not until summer 2022. Firstly, the busiest time of the year at Red Carpet Ready is the period over January and February. We do we currently still have appointments available, but securing an appointment over this time period will become increasingly difficult.
In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic is massively affecting manufacturers worldwide & transport issues mean that the production & delivery of orders is taking much longer than is usually the case – it will most likely take 3 to 4 months, if not longer, for us to receive any orders that were placed in February.
Therefore, we strongly advise our customers to book in as soon as possible for Prom 2022 to avoid disappointment.
OUR PROM PROMISE / EVENT PROMISE
It is our aim not to sell the same style code to the same prom/event. Even if the dress comes in up to 27 colours, our aim remains the same. Many retailers are unable to uphold this commitment since they do not stock a wide enough range of dresses. We cannot guarantee, however, that another individual will not purchase the same dress from another Retailer, and we cannot be held responsible if this is the case – no retailer can give you this guarantee. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we would not be able to refund or exchange your purchase.
OUR PRICE PROMISE
We can beat any UK published price. If you have purchased your dress from us, and in the unlikely event that you find it cheaper elsewhere, we are happy to refund the difference plus 5% cheaper! You would need to demonstrate that the price is a UK published price and a UK website, that the exact style code, size & colour is in stock on that said website & you would have to notify us within 7 days of your purchase via our email [email protected] I am afraid we cannot price match after this 7-day period.
If you would like us to price match prior to your purchase, we can do this also! Just bring in the above information that demonstrates the style code is being sold within the UK from a UK website, that the item is in stock in the exact size and colour on the said website and we will price match and offer a further reduction of 5% happily for you! You can bring this information into our showrooms and we can validate your information for you during your appointment.

LAYAWAY – PAYMENT PLAN SERVICE
Our payment plans are there to help you afford your purchase or in the case of prom – buy early to avoid anyone else purchasing it before you!
Normally, a non-refundable deposit between 25-50% (product value dependent) is required to reserve your dress or allow us to specially order one in from our various worldwide suppliers. However, if this is still not affordable for you, just speak to us and we will help you wherever we can. A payment plan is then discussed, agreed and documented.
All deposits are non-refundable. This is all noted on your terms & conditions which you also sign & agree to.
Ultimately the dress size choice is that of our customer. We can give guidance but our staff cannot be held responsible should a dress be too large or too small & in this event we cannot refund or exchange. We do have a team of seamstresses who can however assist on any alterations if required.
We have a team of seamstresses who can assist with any alterations that you may require. Not all of these are on site and the booking process of these will be explained to you.
Our Returns policy is noted clearly in-store and on all receipt paperwork.
We offer an appointment service to ensure that you have the opportunity and time to try on various dresses with no obligation to order or purchase unless you choose to. In the unlikely event that you change your mind, or no longer require your purchase, unfortunately this is through no fault of our own and refunds or exchanges cannot be made.
Please ensure you inspect your purchase thoroughly before leaving our premises and where possible, try on your purchase as we cannot refund or exchange an item if you later advise us that there is a problem with it.
These are available from £20 and can be used on purchases. They can also be purchased by phone and gift wrapped and sent directly to the recipient on your behalf.
If you can’t make it to our glamorous showrooms, then you can always order your dream outfit, pay for it by phone in full and we will post it to you. We send worldwide daily.
