This year, Lincolnshire dress specialists Red Carpet Ready received the accolade for ‘Best Business’ at the Best Business Women Awards. Shortlisted alongside eight fantastic businesses, the judges recognised the company, and Founder & CEO Kirsty Gale, for ‘excellent growth, brilliant engagement with big names, pivoting during the pandemic, and demonstrating a business can not only survive but thrive through planning, hard work, and determination’
Founder & CEO, Kirsty Gale, was also runner up for the coveted ‘Most Inspiring Business Woman’ award.
Founded in 2015, the Best Business Women Awards are now considered to be one of the UK’s most prestigious awards for business women. The awards cover a wide variety of industries and recognise and reward female business talent.

Kirsty Gale has grown Red Carpet Ready despite the pandemic with her own range of dresses, RCR EXCLUSIVES, outselling all other designers available in their 5 luxury dress showrooms.
Red Carpet Ready regularly dresses celebrities and influencers – renowned figures wearing her dresses include Penny Lancaster, Scarlett Moffatt, Isabella Evans, Miss Great Britain winners and Olivia Attwood.
Kirsty was also approached by national newspapers to do a story around GCSE results, with the key message that even if you leave school early or don’t get good results, that you can still build a highly successful career if you are passionate & driven. Read the full article here.
