In light of the current COVID19 situation, the majority of our staff are now in isolation & our priority is customer & staff safety. We feel it is the responsible thing to do & at a time when collections and awaiting orders are now at a manageable level. Once this epidemic is over, we want everyone to return fit and well & to have taken the necessary precautions to support this outcome.
This communication notice is in place to answer your queries and give you advance notice to contact us whilst we are still open and able to take action on your order if we are advised you that it is here awaiting collection or dispatch.
We will be making every attempt to contact all customers personally in the next 48 hours, whose orders are here at Red Carpet ready. However for anyone that we are unable to get hold of, here is our communication:-1

(this is following the realistic period of time associated to the virus spread and isolation period). If this date can be brought forward then of course we will do that. We will update on any changes to re-opening dates on all of our social media platforms but this is the date at the moment).
I HAVE AN ORDER THAT IS AT RED CARPET READY & AWAITING COLLECTION – WHAT DO I DO NOW?
1) We have not closed with immediate effect as we want to give customers the option over the next two days to contact us & use our Free Delivery Service option. After 5pm on Tuesday 24th March we will not be open to facilitate this option so we recommend that you do contact us to arrange the despatch of your order. This service is a ‘no touch’ service & your order will be delivered directly to your door & completely free of charge to you.
2) You have the option to bring forward your collection date to Monday, 23rd March or Tuesday 24th March. However, this is not recommended.
3) For any orders that are still here after our closing date of Tuesday, 24th March we will contact customers when we re-open from Monday, 20th April to reschedule your collection date. This will be via phone in the normal way
